Job Title: AI Tools Implementer – Banking Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven AI Tools Implementer to lead the deployment and integration of AI-powered solutions across core banking operations. This role focuses on translating business needs into AI workflows, selecting and configuring the right tools, and ensuring smooth adoption across departments such as loan processing, compliance, customer service, fraud detection, and back-office automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and analyze operational pain points in banking workflows that can be optimized using AI tools.
- Lead the implementation of GenAI, RPA, OCR, NLP, and analytics tools within banking departments.
- Collaborate with IT, compliance, and process teams to ensure AI solutions are secure, compliant, and efficient.
- Integrate AI tools into workflows including:
- KYC/AML automation
- IPO data intensive forecasting
- Document classification and summarization
- Email/call/chat automation
- Lead qualification and customer segmentation
- Internal query resolution systems

- Evaluate AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, UiPath, Power Automate, Azure OpenAI) and lead pilot runs.
- Develop implementation playbooks, SOPs, and training material for users and support teams.




- Monitor tool performance and continuously optimize configurations and prompts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., RBI, GDPR, ISO) in all AI deployments.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in implementing AI tools or intelligent automation within BFSI operations.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
- RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate)
- LLMs (ChatGPT, Bard, Claude, Azure OpenAI)
- Workflow automation platforms
- Document AI/OCR solutions (Google DocAI, AWS Textract)

- Solid understanding of banking processes including customer onboarding, risk/compliance, and service operations.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders (tech, ops, compliance).

Nice to Have:

- Certification in RPA, AI/ML, or cloud-based AI services.
- Experience with data security and AI governance.
- Familiarity with Indian banking regulations and RBI guidelines.
