Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

- Lead enterprise-level Lean and Six Sigma deployment across manufacturing plants and corporate functions.

- Drive implementation of OEM Production System (OPS) or equivalent operational excellence framework.

- Identify improvement opportunities across Body Shop, Paint Shop, Assembly, Powertrain, and Logistics.

Program & Project Leadership

- Lead cross-functional, high-impact CI projects with defined financial and operational benefits.

- Review DMAIC / PDCA tollgates and ensure sustainability of improvements.

- Mentor and develop Black Belts, Green Belts, and CI champions.

Manufacturing & Quality Excellence

- Improve OEE, takt adherence, line balancing, throughput, and inventory turns.

- Reduce quality losses including PPM, COPQ, rework, and warranty issues.

- Support new product introductions and process readiness activities.

Governance & Stakeholder Management





- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, SCM, Engineering, and Plant Leadership.

- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and internal OEM standards.

- Present performance dashboards and CI outcomes to senior leadership.

Key Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)

- TPM, VSM, SMED, Kanban, JIT, SPC

- Strong manufacturing process knowledge in automotive/Automobile OEMs

- Data analysis and reporting (Odoo/SAP/Oracle, Excel, Minitab, Power BI and flowcharts)

Behavioural Competencies

- Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving

- Strong leadership and change management capability

- Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills
