Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies, and lead teams through quarterly planning.
- Develop and manage end-to-end plans and ensure we deliver on our quarterly objectives.
- Manage cross-functional programs in a matrix organization.
- Actively identify risks, and inefficiencies, and resolve cross-team issues.
- Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.
- Define and own metrics and key performance indicators.
- Communicate delivery progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with a wide range of teams and functions across Forge.

Qualifications:





- At least 5+ years of work experience in a technical project or program management role.• An undergraduate degree in a technical discipline.• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to prioritize needs and build productive workingrelationships while also holding teams and individuals accountable to deliverables.• Skilled at project planning, forecasting, and tracking.• Systematic and analytical problem-solving ability.• Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive. Nice to have• Fintech, financial services, or regulated industry experience• Experience working with Jira and Confluence• Report and dashboard building Scorecard Qualifications• Agile Certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, Secure, Scrum @ Scale, etc.)• Agile Program Management
