We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join a team in the Forex industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing affiliate networks, with a specific focus on the Indian market. You will be responsible for recruiting, activating, and optimizing affiliate partnerships that drive high-quality traffic, deposits, and conversions from India. This role is remote and can be done from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies targeting the Indian market.

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners with proven traffic sources in India.

- Cultivate strong relationships with top-performing affiliates, providing support, performance feedback, and growth opportunities.

- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

- Ensure affiliates adhere to regulatory, compliance, and brand guidelines relevant to Forex marketing.

- Collaborate with product, legal, and compliance teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with local regulations.

- Provide regular performance reports to management and suggest improvement strategies.





- Attend regional industry events and affiliate expos (online and in-person) to expand the network.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in Forex, crypto, or online trading.

- Demonstrated success managing affiliates focused on the Indian market.

- Deep understanding of Indian online traffic channels, affiliate networks, and compliance nuances.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools (e.g., Cellxpert, Everflow, HasOffers, Impact).

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a rapid-paced, results-driven environment.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing regional CPA, CPL, and Revenue Share deals.

- Knowledge of financial regulations and advertising guidelines relevant to India.

- Existing network of Indian Forex or financial affiliates.
