Overview

The AEM Project Manager plays a crucial role in leading the successful implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects within the organization. They are responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring the seamless integration of AEM solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and manage AEM implementation projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Allocate project resources effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and processes for AEM development and implementation.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

Required qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management with a focus on AEM implementations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager and its associated technologies.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in AEM projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of AEM best practices, architecture, and integration patterns.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
