ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: ● Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities within the healthcare sector, focusing on hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities. ● Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships. ● Deliver product presentations and training sessions to doctors, nurses, and practice staff on the application and benefits of advanced wound care dressings. ● Provide hands-on demonstrations and support in clinical settings to ensure proper application of wound care products on patients. ● Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel. ● Keep detailed records of all patients and the wound care dressings applied, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of outcomes. ● Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and ensure timely follow-up on leads to ensure reaching the annual sales target. ● Monitor competitor activity and products, providing insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams. ● Stay up to date with new developments in wound care, including emerging products, technologies, and clinical best practices.



● Collect and report feedback from healthcare professionals and patients to inform product development and improvement. ● Collaborate with the sales team to provide clinical insights and support the sales process

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Pharma/ MBA Biotechnology/ MBA Pharma/ Bio-medical/ OT Technician or a related healthcare field. ● Professional certification or licensure in a relevant clinical field (e.g., GNM, ANM, RN, NP). ● Proven experience (2+ years) in a clinical setting, preferably with experience in wound care. ● Robust knowledge of advanced wound care products and their application. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ● Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals. ● Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills for maintaining patient records. ● Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends in medical devices, particularly wound care technology. ● Excellent collaboration and networking abilities. ● Strong commercial and business acumen. ● A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required.
