Job Title: Counsellor

Shift timings-7am-4pm & 12-9pm

Weekends working.1 week off between Mon-Fri

Location-Dombivali, Mulund, Virar, Borivali, Ambernath, Nerul, Kalyan Khadakpada Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Counsellors to lead and manage the operations of our educational center. As a Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the center, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a positive learning environment for the students and staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the educational center, including class schedules, student services, facilities, and resources.
2. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of instructors, and support personnel to deliver exceptional educational services.
3. Collaborate with instructors to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum and adherence to teaching standards.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the center's offerings and to achieve enrolment targets.
5. Manage student enrolment processes, including admissions, registration, and fee collections.
6. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and other relevant data.
7. Implement and enforce policies and procedures that contribute to a protected, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
8. Monitor the learning progress of the students and guide, mentor and motivate to achieve success.

Provide inputs to parents on student progress at regular intervals and build a strong relationship.
10. Discuss student progress with teachers to get an understanding of learning issues and means to address the same.
11. Prepare various reports to track student progress and discuss with Regional Managers and senior management.
12. Plan and coordinate educational events, workshops, and seminars to enhance student engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field. Teaching experience is a plus.
2. Proven experience in educational management, counselling, or a related leadership role.
3. Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, staff, and stakeholders.
5. Understanding of educational methodologies, curriculum development, and instructional strategies.
6. Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address challenges with creativity and efficiency.
7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
8. Proficiency in using technology and software relevant to education management.
9. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
10. Passion for education and a commitment to maintaining high educational standards.
11. Above all, a caring attitude towards the students and their learning progress.
