Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 9 years.
- Deep expertise in the Real Estate domain across Commercial Office, Retail, Industrial, Logistics, Residential & Multifamily, Hospitality, and Mixed-Use assets.
- Strong understanding of portfolio & asset management, leasing, tenant lifecycle, property & facility management, CapEx planning, sustainability, and compliance.
- Experience driving technology-led transformation initiatives in Real Estate, including PropTech, Smart Buildings, IoT, Digital Twins, BIM, AI/GenAI, and data platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Real Estate enterprise platforms such as Yardi, MRI,



SAP RE-FX, Archibus, Planon, IBM TRIRIGA, CAFM, and CMMS solutions.
- Proven ability to connect business outcomes to technology solutions through digital strategy, operating model transformation, and business case development.
- Experience supporting consulting practices for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Capital Projects technology.
- Strong experience leading CXO workshops, client advisory engagements, digital maturity assessments, and technology roadmap initiatives.
- Proven experience managing the creation of proposals, solutioning, presales, and strategic consulting engagements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and mentoring skills.
