The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The SAP Finance IT Lead will provide technical expertise for key finance projects that require end-to-end finance process knowledge. This role is also responsible for leading the local finance IT team, implementing best practices, and providing technical guidance to support high-quality solution delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Your key responsibilities would be to:
- Lead and supervise the local Finance IT team, providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to support a team-oriented, high-performing work environment.
- Lead and contribute to prioritized finance projects involving SAP FI/CO configuration, customization, and end-to-end solution delivery.
- Monitor and improve service delivery by ensuring SLA performance, resolving issues efficiently, and reducing high-priority ticket volumes.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met, including SOX controls, reporting obligations, and completion of required global compliance training.
