Job Description





We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tekla Precast Concrete and Steel Modeller to create accurate 3D models and detailed fabrication drawings for precast concrete and structural steel projects using Tekla Structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction drawings, BIM workflows, and industry standards, and will work closely with engineers, architects, project managers, and production teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D models of precast concrete and structural steel components using Tekla Structures.
- Prepare GA (General Arrangement) drawings, shop drawings, assembly drawings, and erection drawings.
- Produce accurate reinforcement detailing for precast concrete elements.
- Generate fabrication drawings, material take-offs, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and other disciplines to resolve clashes and design issues.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements before modelling.
