You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our engineering performance by leading a team of experts, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, and HR), set team goals and strategies,



and ensure alignment with our broader organizational objectives.

You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining métier/domain competencies and coaching your team, but also defining and governing your group’s strategy with stakeholders.

We’ll look to you for:
