Role Summary





We are looking for an Engineering Manager who can lead high-impact engineering teams while balancing people leadership, execution excellence, technical strategy, and business alignment. This role is critical in scaling our engineering organization and delivering reliable, high-quality systems deployed in real-world environments.

You will work closely with Product, Business, and cross-functional teams to translate company vision into predictable engineering outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. People Management & Team Growth
- Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams
- Drive regular 1:1s, feedback cycles, performance reviews, and career development
- Foster a solid engineering culture focused on ownership, accountability, and quality
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team capability building
- Promote awareness and adherence to IP security and confidentiality practices
