About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer Intern who is passionate about Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, AI, and customer success. In this role, you'll work closely with our Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to help enterprise customers successfully adopt Nirmata's platform.

Responsibilities

Support customer onboarding and implementation activities.

Assist with Kubernetes deployments, troubleshooting, and solution adoption.

Work with Linux, containers, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.

Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve customer issues.

Help create technical documentation and share customer feedback.

Qualifications

-




Final-year B.E./B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or Computer Science student (or recent graduate).

Basic knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, or cloud platforms.

Familiarity with DevOps tools or scripting (Go, Python, Bash, etc.) is a plus.

Solid problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Eagerness to learn and work with enterprise cloud-native technologies.
