Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the entire accounts team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

- Oversee accounting systems, finalization of accounts, reconciliations, and audit preparation.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI,

- etc.

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company financial transactions.

- Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, clients, and government agencies.

- Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, and support strategic financial planning.

- Implement internal controls and improve financial systems and processes.

- Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/Inter CA preferred).

- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in core accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a
- leadership capacity.

- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

- Familiarity with NSDC project accounting or government-funded project finance is a
- plus.
