Job Title: Senior Manager-Accounting & Finance

Location: Udaipur

Experience Required: 6+ years

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager– Accounting & Finance with approximately 6 years of experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software, a sound understanding of Indian tax laws, and the ability to manage payroll and support audits.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally, Zoho, or QuickBooks.

- Prepare and review journal entries, general ledgers, and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and assets.
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and error-free payments.




- Handle employee support tickets related to purchases, expenses, and payroll.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances in line with Indian regulations.
- Support timely filing under GST, TDS, EPF, ESIC, and Skilled Tax.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, and Balance Sheets.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Manage export-related financial documentation and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments on financial planning and cost tracking.
- Ensure audit readiness and assist during internal and external audits.

Requirements

Requirements / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Around 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficient in Tally and familiar with Zoho/QuickBooks.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
- Understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliance (EPF, ESIC, PT).
- Experienced in preparing financial reports, including P&L; and Balance Sheets.
- Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
