Job Title: Accounts & Taxation Executive

Role Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented skilled to manage the end-to-end accounting process, ensuring full compliance with GST and TDS regulations. You will be responsible for accurate bookkeeping, timely tax filings, and financial reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Core Accounting: Maintain daily books of accounts (AR/AP), process invoices, and ensure accurate ledger entries.

- GST Compliance: Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (e.g., GSTR-1, 3B), reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC), and manage E-way bills.

- TDS Management: Calculate and deduct TDS on payments, ensure timely deposit of challans, and file quarterly TDS returns.

- Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure GST/TDS data matches the books of accounts.

- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of Balance Sheets, P&L; statements, and audit documentation.

Requirements:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/Inter-CA).

- Proven experience in GST filing and TDS provisions.
