Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and handle accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare and finalize financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.
- Work extensively on Tally for financial data management and reporting.
- Handle tax calculations, TDS, GST filings, and other statutory compliance.
- Support the management with financial analysis and reports.
- Coordinate with auditors and resolve audit queries.
- Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in Tally is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of TDS, GST,
and other Indian tax laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other financial tools.
- Good communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
