:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant cum Back Office Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and support back-office operations. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting principles, Tally, and Excel, along with administrative and documentation skills.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update daily accounts using Tally ERP / Tally Prime

- Prepare and process invoices, purchase entries, and sales bills

- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work

- Conduct bank reconciliation, ledger management, and cash flow tracking

- Manage and organize files, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents

- Support data entry, record keeping, and general office operations

- Maintain inventory records and petty cash transactions

- Assist in generating reports (MIS, sales, expenses, etc.)





- Respond to emails and coordinate with vendors or clients as needed

- Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned

? Required Qualifications:

- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or related field

- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting software

- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting practices

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
