Responsibilities -
- Handle end-to-end accounting operations and timely books finalization
- Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements as per IND AS
- Manage balance sheet, P&L;, schedules, and variance analysis
- Generate periodic MIS reports with insights for management decisions
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and audit requirements
- Support process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls
Requirements
Qualification: CA Inter / CA Final (One Group)
- Experience: 4-5 years in Jewellery Manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, MIS & finalization
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas), Power BI & accounting software
- High accuracy, deadline-oriented, and multitasking ability
- Positive analytical, communication & coordination skills
