We’re on the lookout for a skilled 3D Modeller with a passion for architecture and proficiency in Blender software to join our innovative team. As a 3D Modeller, you will play a key role in bringing architectural concepts to life. Your work will directly influence the visualisation and presentation of our design ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to understand architectural concepts and design intent.
- Create detailed 3D models of architectural structures and spaces using Blender.
- Develop high-quality textures, materials, and lighting setups for realistic renderings.
- Produce 3D visualisations to showcase various design options for client presentations and internal discussions.
- Ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and project requirements in all models.
- Optimize 3D models for performance without compromising accuracy or quality.
- Contribute ideas and improvements during design reviews and team discussions.
- Stay current with trends and advancements in 3D modelling and architectural visualisation.

- Proven experience as a 3D Modeller with a focus on architectural visualisation.
- Strong proficiency in 3D modelling software Blender, or Unreal Engine
- Strong English Communication Written and Spoken
- Excellent understanding of architectural design principles and construction techniques.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into accurate 3D models.
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant 3D modelling work, including examples of real-time visualisations
Bonus Points:
- Experience with texturing and materials creation.
- Knowledge of rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona Render.
- Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) applications.
