Key Responsibilities:

- Specialized Sourcing: Independently source, screen, and engage candidates for Sales and Account Manager roles, specifically within product-based startups, primarily through LinkedIn and innovative search methods.
- Talent Advising: Act as a trusted advisor to both Career One Stop and our clients, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and best practices in recruiting for high-impact sales roles.
- Cutting-edge Sourcing Techniques:



Utilize LinkedIn and other creative methods to identify passive candidates who thrive in startup environments and can drive growth in Sales and Account Management.
- Independent Contributor with Leadership Potential: Start as a sole contributor, with the opportunity to develop and lead a team focused on finding the best talent for our product-based startup clients.
- Build Relationships: Forge strong relationships with both candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process and a positive experience for all parties.

What We’re Looking For:

- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition, specifically in hiring Sales and Account Management professionals for product-based or tech startups.
