RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design website banners, hero images, landing pages, promotional pop-ups, and CTA elements for a Shopify store (desktop and mobile)
- Retouch and optimize product photos for e-commerce: background removal, colour correction, lifestyle composites, and maintaining a consistent visual style across the full catalogue
- Design responsive email templates in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESP platforms — promotional campaigns, product launches, abandoned cart flows, and seasonal campaigns; build a reusable module library
- Create banner ad sets for programmatic advertising networks and age-verified ad platforms in multiple standard sizes
- Design static graphics, animated creatives, and social media assets for Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, Reddit, and Discord; produce GIFs and basic motion graphics
- Create promotional creatives for affiliate marketing, influencer campaigns, story templates, feed templates, YouTube thumbnails, and discount promotions
- Maintain brand guidelines and manage a structured digital asset library (DAM) for the marketing team
- Design packaging concepts, product labels, and print-ready production files for new product launches
- Support blog content, educational content, infographics, featured images, and other visual marketing assets

REQUIRED SKILLS





- 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio demonstrating e-commerce, DTC (Direct-to-Consumer), or consumer brand design
- Expert in Adobe Photoshop (photo retouching, image compositing, web optimization, export workflows) and Adobe Illustrator (vector graphics, logo design, print production)
- Experience designing email marketing templates in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms; understanding of HTML email limitations and responsive email design
- Proficient in Figma for UI/web design, design systems, and team collaboration; experience with Canva for rapid template creation
- Ability to create animated GIFs, motion graphics, and basic animations using After Effects, Photoshop Timeline, or similar tools
- Robust understanding of digital design specifications including resolution, colour profiles, RGB/CMYK, file formats, image compression, and web performance optimization
- Knowledge of advertising compliance requirements, creative restrictions, and ability to work within regulated marketing guidelines
