A Laboratory In-charge oversees daily lab operations, equipment calibration, and staff training while ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations. They supervise team performance, maintain inventory, and validate test results to guarantee accurate, timely operations. Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Direct day-to-day lab activities to ensure an productive workflow and optimal diagnostic or testing processes.

- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule laboratory staff, paramedical technicians, or student assistants.

- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality control regulations, maintaining proper documentation and logging.

- Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate the calibration, maintenance, and repair of all laboratory instruments to meet operational standards.

- Inventory Control: Monitor supplies, reagents, or hardware,



and submit timely requisitions to prevent inventory shortages.

- Data & Reporting: Validate test results or research data and ensure timely reporting to relevant departments or management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or the specific discipline corresponding to the laboratory field.

- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a clinical, academic, or industrial laboratory setting, with proven supervisory or managerial experience.

- Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment operation, and data recording.
