This role involves developing and implementing strategies for our valued clients to assess, manage, and report on climate-related risks and ESG factors, ensuring organizations align with global sustainability goals.

Required Skill Set:

- 6-10 years of experience in Risk Management, Sustainability or related fields
- Relevant certifications in climate risk, ESG, or sustainability management
- Proficiency in climate risk assessment, ESG frameworks, and reporting standards
- Strong communication skills (oral, written,



and presentation)
- Positive organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Relevant Experience:

- Integrating ESG considerations into business strategies and operations
- Conducting climate risk assessments, scenario analysis, and stress testing
- Developing and implementing ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting
- Engaging with stakeholders on ESG disclosures and climate-related risks
- Providing advisory services on sustainable business practices
- Periodic reporting of climate risk metrics, ESG performance and sustainability indicators
