- Conduct and review Social Impact Assessments (SIA) and identify project-affected persons (PAPs), vulnerable groups, and potential social impacts.
- Prepare and implement Resettlement Action Plans (RAPs), Rehabilitation & Resettlement (R&R;) Plans, Livelihood Restoration Plans, and Social Management Plans.
