? Urgent Hiring – HR Manager (Steel Plant)

? Location: [Kesda, Bilaspur]
? Position: HR Manager – Steel Industry
? Experience: 12–15 years in HR (preferably in steel or manufacturing plant)
? Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000/month

? Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete HR operations: recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee records

Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, and leave management for plant staff

Ensure legal compliance with PF, ESIC, Factory Act, and labor laws

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs

Coordinate training & development initiatives

Maintain HR MIS and liaise with government departments
