Technical
- Java: Strong and extensive experience in building scalable web applications using Java, Webservices (REST/SOAP), ActiveMQ and SprintBoot
- Frameworks: Spring, Struts
- Database Design: Strong SQL programming skills, database concepts i.e. RDBMS, ORD, ODS and performance tuning
- UNIX/LINUX: Strong shell programming skills
- Release Management: Solid release and deployment skills
- System Design: Supplies to component and system-level design
- Security Practices: Implements secure development practices
- Dev Assist Tools: Familiar with GitHub Copilot, Gemini for code reviews and refactoring
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentors junior engineers, collaborates across teams

The Skills that are Good to Have for this role
- Exposure to the US healthcare Payor domain is preferred
- The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Java, REST API, Spring Framework , Struts Framework, Oracle SQL
- Experience with enterprise grade distributed application and support
