Job Overview:
The Team Lead, AI Automation is responsible for managing and overseeing a high-performing team focused on the document extraction process. This role requires a solid leadership presence to ensure that the team consistently delivers high-quality results, maintains excellent customer satisfaction, and meets organizational goals. You will work closely with senior leadership to report on team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and mentor team members to drive performance. As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the team’s culture, building its capabilities, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:




- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 10-15 individuals focused on document extraction. Ensure the team works cohesively to meet departmental goals and KPIs.
- Strategic Planning: Meet regularly with senior leadership to develop and report on strategic plans for team objectives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision and goals.
- Document Review Oversight: Oversee the preparation, compilation, and sorting of documents for data capture. Verify and log receipt of data accurately.
- Performance Monitoring: Measure the team's performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure quality standards and productivity are met.
- Client/Customer Management: Monitor customer and client satisfaction levels. Address any issues or concerns by liaising with senior leadership and clients.
- Training & Development: Identify process or knowledge gaps and recommend
