Attend customers at the sales counter and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, designs, prices, offers, and availability.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their preferences and budget.
- Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing, cash/card/UPI payments, and maintain proper transaction records.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the counter is clean and properly organized.
- Check stock availability and coordinate with the store/warehouse team for replenishment.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and replacements professionally.
- Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products and inform the concerned team.
- Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and customer service standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
