Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify target accounts across Startups, Mid-market, and Enterprise segments
• Execute outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, calls, and campaigns to generate qualified leads
• Engage with decision-makers such as CTOs, CDOs, Engineering Heads, and Product Leaders
• Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities using defined frameworks (ICP, BANT, MEDDICC-lite, etc.)
• Schedule discovery meetings and demos for Sales team
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and content-driven outreach
• Support account-based selling initiatives and partner-led opportunities




• Continuously provide market feedback on messaging, positioning, and competitive landscape

Qualifications & Skills
• 4 - 8 years of experience in Inside Sales / SDR / BDR roles within IT services or technology companies
• Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to articulate technology value propositions (Data, AI, Cloud, Engineering services preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
• High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Strong research skills and structured qualification approach
