Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for niche, leadership, and business-critical positions across multiple functions.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies through headhunting, talent mapping, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring performance, and pipeline health to identify opportunities for process improvement.
