Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad on a contract-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment, with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, qualifying, and submitting candidates for contract and contract-to-hire technology roles across the US market. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced US shift environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements, including requirement intake, sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding support.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.




- Work on a variety of IT roles across technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, ERP, QA, Business Analysis, Project Management, and other niche skill sets.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, compensation expectations, and availability.
- Screen candidates for communication skills, technical fitment, work authorization, relocation flexibility, and interest level.
- Negotiate pay rates and salary expectations in alignment with client budgets and market standards.
- Submit qualified candidates to account managers, clients, or vendor partners with accurate candidate summaries and required documentation.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
