We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Java Developer to join our engineering team and drive the development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java-based backend development, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures. You will play a key role in designing robust microservices, modernizing legacy applications, and ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable, and resilient software solutions.
As a senior member of the engineering team, you will collaborate with architects, product managers, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to build innovative solutions that support mission-critical business operations. This role requires robust technical leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building scalable software using modern engineering practices.

Requirements




Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications using Java.
- Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions for complex business requirements.
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external services.
- Deploy, monitor, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across distributed environments.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment pipelines and improve CI/CD workflows.
- Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices for software design.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering excellence.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to ensure system stability.
- Work closely with QA, Product, and Infrastructure teams throughout the software developme
