As a B2C Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying customer requirements, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating effectively, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to the company's revenue goals.

- Generate and convert qualified leads through various sales channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound outreach, referrals, and walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services that align with their needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to educate customers and influence purchase decisions.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers by providing timely assistance, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and post-sales follow-up.
