We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and drive hiring for Product and Technology teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment and has a proven track record of hiring top engineering and product talent. You will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders, and developing recruitment strategies that enable the organization to attract and retain exceptional professionals.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own the complete recruitment lifecycle—from workforce planning and sourcing to candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, improve recruitment processes, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience while meeting hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Product and Technology roles.
- Partner with engineering, product, and leadership teams to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical and product professionals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of software engineers, product managers, designers, data professionals, and other technology talent.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, networking events, and talent communities.
- Screen, evaluate, and assess candidates for technical expertise, role fit, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
