We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Production Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, production, and execution of high-impact corporate events. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in event production, technical event management, vendor coordination, and on-site execution who are passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences.
As an Event Production Manager, you will oversee every stage of event delivery—from concept planning and production design to logistics, technical execution, and post-event evaluation. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, production partners, and venue teams, you will ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while creating memorable experiences that align with business objectives and brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, production, and execution of corporate events including conferences, product launches, leadership meetings, exhibitions, award ceremonies, client events, and employee engagement programs.
- Develop comprehensive production plans, event timelines, run-of-show documents, and execution schedules to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Manage all technical production elements, including audiovisual systems, lighting, sound, staging, LED screens, scenic production, branding, live streaming, and hybrid event technologies.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, HR, leadership, and external partners to translate business objectives into successful event experiences.
- Manage project timelines, approvals, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination throughout the event lifecycle.
