About The Role

As a Resource Management Specialist within Radancy's Global Delivery Center (GDC), you will play a critical role in ensuring our global delivery teams have the right people assigned to the right work at the right time.

Working across Digital, Creative and Customer Delivery teams, you will coordinate resource allocation throughout the full project lifecycle, partnering closely with Project Managers, Customer Success, Delivery Managers and functional leaders to balance customer demand, skills, capacity and business priorities.

You will help maximise utilisation, identify project blockers before they impact delivery,



and provide the visibility needed to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and successfully for customers across the globe.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring excellent organisational skills, commercial awareness and the ability to work across multiple regions, teams and priorities in a fast-paced SaaS workplace.

Responsibilities

Resource Planning & Allocation

Own day-to-day resource allocation across Digital, Creative and Customer Delivery teams.
Assign resources based on skills, availability, customer priorities and project requirements.
Coordinate resource assignments across the full project lifecycle, from project initiation through to delivery and post-launch support.
Continuously monitor project demand and adjust resource plans as priorities change.
Balance workloads across global teams to maximise utilisation while maintaining delivery quality.

Capacity & Demand Management

Maintain accurate resource schedules and forward-looking capacity plans.
