Role: SAP FICA Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICA Consultant with over 6 years of hands-on expertise in SAP Financial Contract Accounting. The candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP FICA solutions, including configuration, implementation, support, and integration with other SAP modules. The ideal candidate should have robust functional knowledge along with exposure to technical aspects and business processes in utilities, telecom, or banking domains.

Exp Range: 4-12 years
Location : Kolkata

Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP FICA module (FI-CA) including:
Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable
Billing & Invoicing integration
Payments, Clearing, Dunning, Collections, and Dispute Management
Participate in:
End-to-end SAP implementation projects
Rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FICA solutions
Perform system configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and documentation
Integrate SAP FICA with:
SAP IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities




FI-GL, FI-AR
CRM, Billing systems
Work on:
Business partner integration (BP)
Master data design and configuration
Revenue management processes
Support data migration and reconciliation activities
Analyze and resolve production issues with root cause identification
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Functional Skills
Strong knowledge of SAP FICA processes:
Dunning & Collections
Payments & Clearing
Refund processing
Write-offs & Adjustments
Dispute & Collections management
Good understanding of integration with SAP modules (FI, SD, CRM, IS-U)
Experience with Business Partner (BP) in S/4HANA
Technical Skills
Exposure to:
Enhancements (User Exits, BAdIs)
Basic ABAP debugging
Knowledge of:
Data migration tools (LSMW / Migration Cockpit)
Interface handling (IDocs, APIs)
