Job Summary
The sales trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that equip our field sales team with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to excel in their roles. This role plays a critical part in onboarding current sales hires, enhancing the capabilities of existing team members, and driving a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure quick productivity.
Design and facilitate sales training sessions covering products, processes, objection handling, negotiation, communication, and customer engagement.
Conduct regular refresher trainings to reinforce knowledge and improve sales effectiveness.
Coach and mentor field sales teams through classroom sessions, role plays, shadowing, and on-the-job coaching.
Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, certifications, field observations, and sales performance metrics.




Identify capability gaps through audits and collaborate with Sales Managers to develop targeted improvement plans.
Ensure all sales interactions are aligned with company policies, compliance standards, and customer experience guidelines.
Track and report training effectiveness, productivity improvements, and certification status through MIS and dashboards.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, high performance, and customer-first selling across the sales organization.

Required Competencies
Track record in designing and executing successful sales training programs.
