Role

The Program Specialist – Training (Soft Skills Trainer) will be passionate about working with youth and helping them transition successfully from campus to corporate careers. The trainer will be responsible for conducting structured training sessions, mentoring students, preparing them for placements, and supporting them throughout the program journey. Excellent English communication and presentation skills are essential, as the role involves training, counselling,



and interacting with diverse student groups.

Responsibilities
- Deliver soft skills and employability training to students using the program curriculum (offline and online modes)
- Travel to partner colleges to conduct training sessions and student engagement activities
- Mobilize and engage students from Tier 3 and Tier 4 colleges for participation in the youth employability program
- Assess and screen students through interviews to determine their fit for the program
- Train students on 21st-century employability skills, including communication, interview preparation, group discussions, resume/CV writing, and workplace readiness
- Conduct pre-placement activities and prepare students for corporate opportunities
- Provide one-on-one counselling and mentorship to help students transition into formal sector jobs
