Position: SEO & AI Search Optimization Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO & AI Search Optimization Specialist who can drive organic growth across Google Search, AI search engines, local search, YouTube, and app stores. The ideal candidate should understand contemporary SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), semantic search, entity optimization, AI-powered content workflows, and technical SEO to maximize visibility across both traditional and AI-driven search experiences.

Qualification Criteria

• Experience optimizing websites for AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot)

• Understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

• Experience improving AI discoverability and citation opportunities

• Strong understanding of Google's E-E-A-T principles (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness)

• Strong understanding of Semantic SEO, Entity SEO, Knowledge Graphs, Topic Clusters, and Topical Authority.

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered SEO platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude,



Perplexity, SurferSEO, Frase, Clearscope, MarketMuse, Semrush AI, Ahrefs AI, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.

• Experience using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and BigQuery for SEO analysis

• JavaScript SEO, Core Web Vitals, Crawl Budget Optimization, Log File Analysis, Indexation Management.

• Experience creating AI-assisted content workflows while maintaining originality and editorial quality

• Ability to work independantly in remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop topical authority strategies using AI-assisted research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping.

• Implement structured data, schema markup, and entity relationships to improve visibility across Google Search and AI-powered search platforms.

• Optimize content for AI Overviews and AI-generated search experiences.

• Improve website visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and other AI assista
