We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with 3+ years of experience in FMCG, Beverages, Food & Beverage distribution, or General Trade sales. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in distributor management, retail execution, primary & secondary sales, business development, and market activation. Responsibilities
1. Managing key distributors, retailers, and assigned sales teams for territory growth.
2. Driving primary and secondary sales to achieve weekly and monthly business targets.
3. Monitoring collections and ensuring financial discipline across all assigned channels.
4.
Negotiating business terms with distributors and key retail partners.
5. Implementing company schemes, promotions, and market activation initiatives.
6. Driving product visibility and executing outlet-level merchandising activities.
7. Planning territory sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.
8. Maintaining accurate sales, outlet, and territory performance data.
9. Coordinating with internal stakeholders to improve sales execution and customer satisfaction.
10. Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market penetration.
Requirements
1. 3+ years of experience in FMCG, Beverages, Food & Beverage Distribution, or General Trade Sales.
2. Solid experience in distributor management and retail sales execution.
3. Exposure to primary & secondary sales, collections, and market activation.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
5. Ability to manage territory sales
