Role Overview :

Studio6M is looking for a Founding CEO to lead the companys setup, operations, and long-term growth. This role is suited for a strong builder operator who can bridge founder vision, design intent, execution, systems, and customer delivery within a premium design-build environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead the operating framework for Studio6M Translate vision into scalable execution systems Lead end-to-end execution of premium residential, hospitality, and community projects Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams Ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are maintained • Create SOPs, dashboards, and operational systems Build high-performing execution teams and vendor ecosystems Establish a culture of accountability, ownership,



and quality • Ensure premium customer delivery standards and brand integrity

Premium residential or villa development Design-build firms Luxury hospitality or resort projects Architecture-led execution companies High-end construction firms Founder/operator-led environments Required Experience & Capabilities Robust experience in premium construction and project execution Proven leadership in design-build environments Deep understanding of site operations and execution systems Experience building SOPs, dashboards, and operational workflows Strong vendor and contractor management capability Financial discipline and team leadership ability
