Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct quality audits and inspections at press shops, stamping facilities, plating plants, hardening ovens, and other manufacturing areas to ensure compliance with SQA standards.
- Identify defects and implement corrective actions through CAPA processes to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to supplier quality, inward quality control, and outgoing product inspection.
- Develop and maintain documentation for quality procedures, checklists, and reports.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry.
- Robust understanding of mechanical engineering principles applied in sheet metal manufacturing processes (stamping).
- Proficiency in using tools such as 7QC, RCA/8D analysis software for problem-solving.
