About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Head of CRM Software Business
to lead and scale our CRM software vertical. This is a senior leadership role responsible for owning the business end-to-end — from strategy and go-to-market to sales, partnerships, customer success, and P&L.; The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on expertise across leading CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Leadsquared, Kylas, etc.) and a proven track record of building and growing SaaS/CRM software businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & P&L;
- Own the overall strategy, growth roadmap, and P&L; for the CRM software business.
- Define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.
- Set annual and quarterly business targets and ensure consistent achievement.

Sales & Revenue Growth
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for CRM software — lead generation,



demos, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team; define KPIs and drive accountability.
- Develop pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies for CRM offerings.

Product & Solutioning
- Partner with product and tech teams to align CRM offerings with market needs.
- Advise clients on CRM implementation, customization, and best practices across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Leadsquared, and Kylas.
- Stay ahead of CRM industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

Partnerships & Alliances
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with CRM vendors, resellers, and technology partners.
- Explore current channels and alliances to expand market reach.

Customer Success & Retention
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, product adoption, and retention.
- Oversee onboarding, implementation, and post-sales support processes.
