We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Acquire new clients from the Recruitment & Staffing, EdTech, Corporate, and SME sectors.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable Remark HR solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.




- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Recruitment, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Required Skills
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Knowledge of Recruitment, Staffing, HRTech, or EdTech solutions.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business.
- Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
