What you’ll work on
- SEBI AIF fund formation, trust documentation and regulatory compliances
- Venture capital and fundraising transactions (Term Sheets, SHA, SSA, CCPS, Convertible Notes and related documentation)
- Legal due diligence for investments, acquisitions and strategic transactions
- Corporate structuring, governance and Companies Act advisory
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Advising startups, founders and investors on day-to-day legal, regulatory and commercial matters
- Legal research, preparation of client advisories and transaction support
- Supporting M&A;, employment, data privacy, intellectual property and other corporate advisory matters as required

We’re looking for someone with
- Bachelor of Law with 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate, commercial, venture capital,



funds or startup advisory
- Solid drafting, research and analytical skills
- Exposure to investment transactions, due diligence, commercial contracts or fund-related work
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail and willingness to take ownership
- CS qualified or pursuing will be an added advantage

This is not a back-office drafting role. You’ll work directly with founders, investors and fund managers, take ownership of transactions, and gain hands-on experience across venture capital, AIFs, M&A;, due diligence, commercial contracting and strategic legal advisory.

This fixed-term role for 6-9 months and is designed to provide meaningful responsibility and learning from day one, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role as KIMA continues to grow.
