Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns).
- Create and optimize Social Media Ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads and improve conversions.
- Manage the company's social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content.
- Upload and manage videos, reels, and promotional content across social media platforms and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better ROI and lower cost per lead.




- Conduct keyword research and implement basic SEO best practices.
- Coordinate with the design team to create banners, creatives, and marketing materials.
- Write compelling ad copies, captions, and promotional content.
- Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Analyze competitors' digital marketing strategies and recommend improvements.
- Generate regular performance reports and present insights to the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
