We’re hiring an
AI Generalist
who can help develop fast, high-quality, and platform-ready content for micro dramas, short-form storytelling, and campaign assets.

What you’ll do:
- Work across the content pipeline for micro dramas, AI-assisted videos, social content, and campaign deliverables.
- Use AI platforms such as Higgsfield/ Supercomputer, or any other generative tools to support ideation, previsualization, scene generation, rough cuts, and creative experimentation.
- Collaborate with writers, editors, motion designers, and producers to shape compelling narrative content.
- Prototype quickly, test variations, and refine outputs based on creative direction and performance feedback.
- Help streamline workflows using AI for storyboarding, visual development, captions, asset creation, and production support.
- Maintain a strong sense of pacing, visual consistency, and storytelling across short-form formats.

Who we want:
- Experience working on micro dramas,



short-form narrative content, or AI-led creative workflows.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI platforms like Higgsfiehiggld/ Supercomputer or similar generative tools.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and content structure for digital-first formats.
- Comfortable working in quick-moving creative environments with quick turnarounds.
- Curious, experimental, and eager to explore new AI tools and workflows.
- Able to collaborate closely with creative teams and adapt to feedback quickly.
- Located in or able to work onsite.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
