Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and student inquiries.
- Counsel prospective students on courses and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for the admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
Salary:
₹16,667 – ₹37,500 per month *(Best in the market based on experience.)*
